I know what you mean Mahler, I used to do comments on "no comments yet stories", but then I don't think anybody even looked after THEY wrote the story! The other thing that frustrates me, is when people just write a line or two on their subject. I want to know what they THINK....and why. I probably should have been an English teacher and made kids write themes! LOL! So was there anything interesting on TV? I haven't watched it for goin' on 18 years....although my DH did watch it the 4 years we were married before he passed away, so I guess that has to count in there somewhere.... I'm glad you had a nice sunny day.....it was here too, hot even, but not as hot as it has been! Lovin' ya!

TV? there was not a lot on so I ended up reading a book instead, a Catherine Cookson novel, she is my favourite autho.

My love, it's sod's law, when you are feeling chatty, everyone else shuts up, not you personally but that's just the way it is. I only come on line once maybe twice a day and then only for a short time usually to get things off my chest. But rest assured I read your blog most days I may not comment every day but I am thinking about you. You have helped me no end so cheer up keep blogging and commentinging. We've already lost Blue to Mello, lets not lose your wisdom too. I dont think EP would survive.!!!!!! :o]

Hi Mahler.Sorry I havnt comment much.There have been other more pressing matter to take care of here on ep. Some of my friends went through a real rough time with regards to some sick people here! Anyway,I recieved a message from ep this morning saying that instead of trying to defend ouselves against this type of trash,we should report it to the immediately.Hope that explains why I havnt been around much? Promise! I will try harder ok? Hugs......and come back to ep.......

Well here's a comment.....to keep you going! I often feel the same, but there is just SO much going on here its just difficult to keep track of everything and everyone.It tends to ebb and flow with me, sometimes the gestures and scribbles etc are coming in thick and fast....almost more than I can cope with other times there is a comlete dearth.Sometimes I have desperately needed a listening ear but have been unable to reach out because the rest of EP has been in party mood (so it seems!!lol)and I didn't want to be the one to bring it down, other times I want to be there for someone else, or just to play! It seems to have its own dynamic...that is the nature of the beast. I used to take it personally if nobody commented but these days I just accept that is how it is.It's great to get the feedback of course, but if not, well then it's helped to clarify my thoughts by writing something down! Personally I don't mind the shorter stories as I find my concentration can't always cope with the in depth ones : )

Although I like the validation and or knowledge that comes with getting comments on my stories, I understand that they aren't going to be there. It's a little disappointing, but I have to wonder if it's the Universes' way of telling me that I don't need validation or help in solving a problem. I will say this to you tho, another EP member will send greeting cards with a link to certain posts that she feels are of particular import or interest. Just a thought.......
